HOW WILL YOU FIND POTENTIAL BUYERS/RENTERS FOR MY PROPERTY?
One of the best ways to find potential buyers/renters for your property is to advertise. You can use online platforms such as Craigslist and HAR to reach a wide audience. Additionally, you may want to consider using social media to promote your property and target potential renters. You can also reach out to local real estate agents who can help you promote your property. Lastly, consider hosting open houses or viewing appointments to give potential buyers/renters a chance to see the property in person.
WHAT PERCENTAGE OF THE FINAL HOME SALE PRICE DO YOU CHARGE?
Hi there! We charge a commission fee of 6% of the final sale price of the home. We also offer a wide range of services to help you through the process of selling your home, such as expert advice on marketing and pricing your home, assistance with paperwork and negotiations, and more. DO I NEED A REAL ESTATE LAWYER AS WELL?
It depends on the type of real estate transaction you are involved in. Generally speaking, having an experienced real estate lawyer can be beneficial, as they can provide legal advice and help you understand your rights and obligations. Your real estate lawyer can also review any contracts or documents related to your transaction, and provide guidance on how to best protect your interests. Ultimately, it's up to you to decide if you need a real estate lawyer involved in your transaction.
